Le rooibos (appelé aussi “thé rouge”) est une plante d’Afrique du Sud riche en substances antioxydantes et exempte de théine. Elle donne une infusion de couleur rouge orangé à la saveur douce et fruitée. Rooibos, citronnelle, verveine, pomme, violette, calendula : un gracieux cocktail de bonne humeur.
