The second of its series, this cake is made by using Fall arbor materials from Nannuo, Menghai area. We called it ‘Nannuo Old Tea’ (Chinese: 南糯古茶).
Nannuo is one of six famous tea mountains, located within the boundaries of Menghai county.
The elevation of Nannuo is between 1250-2000 meters, with the tropical rainforest climate. The tea leaves for our American Hao 0802 was harvested from the 500-800 years old (arbor,Qiaomu) trees, at Half Slope Old Village (Ban Po Lao Zhai).
