A blend of lush and juicy Japanese first-flush green tea and a touch of vibrant matcha – truly the greenest green tea you’ve ever tasted!
This rare shincha is harvested in April, during Ichibancha (“first tea”) season. These are the first tender shoots of new tea of the new year, a very auspicious time. They bring a deeply fresh aroma and flavor that pairs beautifully with the creamy umami of the matcha.
