It is very tasty and very minty, what else is there to say except that it is very good for your digestive system. It is certainly the healthiest tea I bought today. Not that any I can think of were unhealthy mind you. Her teas were I thought overpriced but all her samples were tasty. Still, I bought five. She had a deal where you buy four and get one free.
I brewed this once in a 16oz Teavana Glass Perfect Tea Maker/Gravity Steeper with 3 tsp leaf and boiling water for 4 min.
