This almond tea is based on the traditional tea of India’s Kashmir region, consisting of green tea, spices, and almonds. Locally, it’s called “Kashmiri Chai”, since ‘chai’ means ‘tea’ in Hindi, and doesn’t necessarily indicate a milky beverage.
