From the TTB. This one tastes more like a medicinal herbal blend than one you drink for fun. The anise was a bit too strong, and the other flavors were just sort of boring and in the background. It was okay to drink cold, but I wouldn’t want it again.

Wow there is a lot going on with this tea. Not sure it all blends together well and it needs an aftertaste tamer like mint or citrus. I did two steeps before bedtime last night and slept about the same, though I did get up in time for my yoga class that I sometimes sleep through so maybe it was helpful to my sleep. I might be tempted to purchase and add spearmint or lemongrass to see if it makes it more palatable.
