Full Moon tea is a kind of tea belonging to the premium white tea of Hien Minh. It is made from the buds of the ancient tea trees which are already about 300 years old in Suoi Giang, Yen Bai, Vietnam. The harvest time is very special in the early spring, once a year, when the tea tree has just gone through a long cold winter. The tea buds are naturally and slowly dried on the bamboo wracks so it helps retain all the most quintessential of the old snow Shan tea tree. With a pure aroma like spring grass flower, a delicate but deep taste, a feeling of fullness like a full moon so we named this tea as Man Nguyet.
