Picked this up from a shop here in Montreal that sells yogurt based bubble teas. I essentially started hearing about them a lot all at once. Basically overnight. At least, it felt that way. They even have a pop up at the T&T that I sometimes grocery shopat.
I really liked the yogurt based bubble tea I tried while in Vancouver, so I just had to give this a go! There’s a lot of flavours I want to try, but the Thai Tea inspired/based one was top of my list. It was honestly delicious. I went with 30% sweetened and that was perfect for me. It was super tangy with a distinct creamy yogurt flavour, but also really malty with that rich Thai bubble tea flavour as well. A perfect balance!
I’ll probably be trying to explore their menu further. I’m super curious about the matcha based drink options now…
