Today, I decided to drink again an Alishan (wulong from Taiwan) to complete my notes for the blog. It’s really an excellent tea but a little bit complex to describe: it’s floral (lilac? Jasmine?) and a little bit sweet (coconut, corn). I was very concentrating on the coconut because it’s not a dominate taste: it’s the aftertaste and it’s very delicate. This is what I like with oolong in general! ;) And I used Gongfu Cha technique to drink this tea!
