The 7542 Raw cake is probably the most legendary, collectible and faked recipe released by Dayi. Jan 2018 we received a case of 2011 Menghai Tea Factory (Dayi) 7542 Batch 103 cakes. Unfortunately my shipper in Guangzhou neglected to protect the cakes properly. As per pictures most cakes have small tears on the wrapper and an average 25g of tea shaved off the edges lying loose within the wrapper creating these curiously shaped cakes.
