Dragon Pearl Jasmine Supreme is our favorite collection yielding the distinctive Jasmine aroma. These large buds are harvested in early spring from tea gardens in the Fujian(福建)province. After picking, the buds are steamed, then carefully rolled by hand. Once this process is completed the tea stored until the blossoming of late summer Jasmine. Scenting of the tea with fresh blossoms takes place over the course of ten evenings. The scenting process exposes the tea to Jasmine flowers.
The result is a fragrant, intensely aromatic tea with a strength of flavor which persists through five to six infusions or more.
