From CHA YI Teahouse

Named “the tea of the goddess of mercy”, Tie Guan Yin is one of the most revered teas in China. We are currently presenting the traditional version of this great classic (unlike the more floral and modern version).
Relatively little oxidized and then lightly cooked, this comforting and refreshing Oolong at the same time, offers notes of brown candy, sweet almonds, plum compote, golden apple, browned butter and clover flower. Its gourmet and delicately sweet finish offers a long aftertaste with finesse. A meditative and inspiring tea.
