I have blended Oolong ,Green and Black teas from Taiwan and Sri Lanka with orange blossoms and jasmine petals for a stunning, slightly toasty tea. The flavors from the orange blossoms and jasmine are very light and make way for the teas characteristics to shine.

Maybe it’s me not getting the temp right, but after playing around with different temperatures, I doubt it.
This comes across flat at best, astringent at worst. I can clearly see blossoms in the blend, but cannot taste them at all. I’ll continue fiddling with this, but my hopes aren’t exactly high.
