a 2022 green tea from 300-500 year old trees growing 1700m above sea level atop Tay Con Linh Mountain in Ha Giang, Vietnam.
This is a bud heavy green tea pan fried from the first Spring harvest of the year, capturing the most fresh & potent energy of the environment.
However, contrary to the Yang dominant energy of most green teas, the old tree material this tea is comprised of brings a balance which makes this a wonderfully meditative tea.
With an everlasting finish and a well balanced tannin profile, Dancing Flower holds a unique essence that makes for one of the most floral green teas I have ever tried.
