This is lovely! A blend of sweet Bai Mu Dan blended with strawberries & vegan marshmallow essence. The flavor is smooth, light & fluffy. It’s a magical drink that’s so pleasant to sip!
The overall flavor is creamy & luxurious with a bright note of strawberry. Really nice!
The blend is organic, vegan, gluten-free, allergen-friendly & all natural!
organic ingredients: white tea, strawberries & natural flavors
to brew: use 3g of tea to 12oz of hot water (170°F) & steep for 4 minutes. Strain & allow to cool for at least 5 minutes.
This resteeps nicely – just add an additional 30 seconds for each subsequent infusion.
serving suggestion: I enjoyed this hot or cold. I found that as it cooled, the flavor intensified, so if you’re looking for a strong strawberry & marshmallow flavor – let it sit until cold (or cold brew!) The tea doesn’t require sweetening & I would recommend tasting before you sweeten as there is a natural sweetness to it that you might not want to overwhelm with more.
That said, the tiniest drizzle of honey is so nice in this tea!
