Drank the last of my 4oz pack from earlier this year… It’s a nice tea, I’m tempted to call it my gateway to black teas. Before I tried this, I really couldn’t drink any black tea without some sugar or milk. Now I think I used to be crazy…

As always, Rishi has very accurate descriptions of it’s tea.

Its a good tea. I don’t have a large variety of sencha/shincha to compare, but this is good. Packaged properly, nice and fresh. Seems to be an asamushi, brews up a strong yellow-green, and has a good aroma/flavor. Not very astringent at all.
