there are few teas i drink with milk .. this being one of those exceptions. i like it’s slight earthiness. great start to a winters day.

i love earl grey but i’m not keen on this one … sorry tea pigs. i find it bitter and it smells herbal rather than citrusy. maybe it’s the darjeeling? i don’t know. personally i like chinese teas so this one isn’t for me.

this is a very nice winter tea … light but warming. best made in a glass pot so you can also admire the pretty orange peel pieces and flowers.
