This is an instant tea—and I think the crunchy mix would be great sprinkled over lemon sorbet! The tea itself is very minty, though slightly more bitter than I like, as if it steeped too long, but I’ll confess: I got this for a dollar. I’d buy it at full price though, it’d be nice for a quick breakfast.
