I have been drinking green tea every day since 1997 and consider myself poverty stricken if I can not source good stuff.

I only like the sweet and tender teas because I use a lot in the cup and always infuse with boiling water.

I am highly discerning about the lack (but not complete absence of bitterness). In my reviews I will use the following system for grades:

Very high = probably too expensive for me to drink every day

High = an excellent tea that I would drink every day

Medium = a good tea that I would drink every day without complaint if I had nothing else

Not for me = self explanatory
