3 Tasting Notes
This was the first tea I tasted from DavidsTea, and it impressed me. It was unlike any other tea I had before, with such a distinct floral aroma, it tastes and smells like an artisan tea.
There are a lot of delicate topnotes, though I find the tea to be more floral than “cherry flavoured”when brewed. The ingredients include real and artificial cherry flavouring, but any fake candy flavour that may be detected from smelling the dry leaf is pretty much lost when its brewed.
I think the delicacy of the topnotes work well because it is a white tea. I’m not a huge fan of white tea, but this is the best one I’ve tasted yet. I like to drink it to feel fancy and refined. I’m not fancy or refined.
If this tea had a colour it would be pink and silver. It tasted like moonlight in an exotic garden.
