Lovely proprietor in this tea and gift shop, who will make you a cup of hot tea (or two!) and shares her enthusiasm for tea.

I am working with my friend who lives in Old Saybrook and so today I decided that I wanted to check out this local tea shop.

No regrets.

Susan, the owner, is a very kind woman who is a fountain of knowledge for tea. She sells a plethora of Harney & Sons products and her own blends. The shop, which sells other doodads and trinkets, has a calm, folksy atmosphere, typical of the area.
