The staff there is very knowledgeable and friendly. The tea there has excellent quality. In Oakville there are a few places to get tea (Davids Tea) but I found My Tea House’s tea to be better. They have food their also and a nice atmosphere to eat it in. The way the tea is presented was also pleasing. There food was not bad for a cafe, but not the best. So all in all I give it a 4/5 stars.

Brand New Tea Store opened downtown Oakville. Very bright and cheery, and VERY friendly staff. I have only been in once, so I am reserving a 5 star rating for actually eating and having tea – but in the short time I was in there, the two women that I talked to were very knowledgeable, sampled 2 teas for me, and sent me along with a free sample of good Shu Pu-erh – very promising, and great to have a dedicated tea cafe/store downtown in Oakville!
