The Empress Tea Room & Bistro Edit

I took my daughters here for a Back-to-School tea on two separate occasions. The first experience was satisfactory. The second was not. The food was stale and plated without care. The service was nearly non-existent, and I did not appreciate the presumptuous and evangelical prayer request cards. We won’t be back.
