I love this tea! It is the most perfect summer iced tea I’ve had yet. There is sweet lime upfront with a hint of green tea and a lovely creamy mouthfeel. If I had any criticism, it would be that it’s heavy with all the lime pieces and goes fast. That said, I’m still ordering more.

This tea is a winner. When hot, the caramel is subtle, smooth and sweet without being overpowering. Then, I got busy and forgot about my cup for a while (the horror!). When I found my forgotten cup and sipped it at room temp, I was pleasantly supplied to find that the caramel flavor intensified. It was much less subtle; but still not overpowering. Icing it down toned the caramel down quite a bit, but I still like it. Way to go Persimmon Tree!

Comparing to Persimmon Tree’s Vanilla Bean, I like this one much better. The vanilla’s a little more subtle and I like the base tea quite a bit. I’d drink it hot or iced all day long.

It tastes very much of natural guava and I think I’m (finally) convinced that I don’t really like guava. Sad :(

The smell of vanilla is strong with this one. I brewed for 3min @ 200F twice. Hot, there is something off in the flavor almost artificial – not my favorite vanilla. But, cold is much better. Unlike other vanillas which get lost cold, this one’s clean and very tasty.

This tea is just okay. I’m starting to think that although I like stone fruit in tea, maybe not peaches by themselves. The peach is muted and flat in this tea. There is a good balance between the peachy flavor and the tea itself. It’s solid – just not for me.

A very lovely tea to behold. It smells great and brews up beautifully golden. The coconut is clean and natural without overwhelming the tea. Very nice indeed.

A very pretty tea. It smells lightly of pineapple and that translates to the taste. Very pleasant; but it doesn’t knock my socks off as pineapple. Perhaps I’ll try brewing it stronger.

I thought I liked tea, so I sought out good tea. Now I know I like (good) tea in all shapes, colors and sizes.

I nearly always drink it straight, no chaser unless I’m pretending to be The Queen.

I’ll also play around with brew times, temps and blending as it amuses me. But, as I am scientifically-minded, I remember what crazy combinations I like and will return to them often.
