Potable, strong bergamot flavor. Brewed English style. A little acrid/artificial if oversteeped. Upton seems to have ok flavored teas, but their oolongs and puerh are some of the worst I’ve encountered.
I have never been so consistently disappointed by one company. This tea was brewed gongfu style. There is the faintest odor of fruit, very pale orange liquor. No flavor.
This gets a solid F. We brewed it gongfu style, could barely detect any aroma. Just a slight sweet honey/fruit. Barely any flavor. No wonder it’s so cheap. No idea what season it’s from.
It’s roasted, nutty and mineral. Very smooth, doesn’t develop much. Dark liquor. I brewed it gongfu style. I don’t see a date anywhere on the package or site so don’t know when it’s from.
