My mother is British. My father is a good ol’ Florida boy. As you might imagine tea was serious business in my household. We drank hot tea in the morning and iced tea all day. In fact, if you finished the jug of tea and didn’t make more there would be hell to pay. I can remember many a fight over the last person who drank the tea and didn’t make a new jug.
Since then, I’ve learned so much more about tea and the many flavors and forms it can come in. My wife and I recently started our own tea company and we are loving every second of it. There are so many wonderful teas out there and most people don’t even know they exist. It’s a shame, and we intend to do something about it.
