I like this tea, I always want a lot of sugar in my tea but this tea doesn’t require any. I have constipation problems and it really cleans me out within about 6 hours, leaving me feeling clean and fresh. I do have some painful cramping before I go to the bathroom but I dont know whether its just me or the tea.
