3 Tasting Notes
A sampler pack had a few of these bags. They smell is amazing. It’s not as herbal, more of a sweet aromatic smell that reminded me of those candies I used to enjoy during a Sunday Church Service. If you’ve never tried it, you’ll appreciate it.
This teabag doesn’t have the rope, which is perfect for my Tetsubin.
Preparation
This is my first Oolong tea, and I love it!
My water cooler unloads steaming hot water into a favorite tea mug. The teabag steeps about 240+ seconds and I’ll sip while very hot. The hotter the the better. The smell is woodsy, but still aromatic. When my nose is stuffy, I’ll try to smell it and sometimes it unblocks my nasal passage (about 55% of the time).
Great stuff, plus a great price. Local China House charges $1.25 per 20. I may contact vendor to order a box of 600…but it could be overkill.
Cheers,
