9 Tasting Notes
This is the best of all green teas. Light and fresh is good at all occasions.
I like it light so I brew it for no more than 45 seconds.
In Vietnan they leave it water so you start taking it light and it turns into a dark green and very bitter tea after a while. Some people like it that way…
Preparation
Nice green tea with a toasted flavor notes and a dry feeling in the mouth. I only like the first infusion as the second one loses the fine toasted taste.
Good option for the ones who have issues to sleep after drinking caffeine.
Preparation
Great to have it iced with milk and some sugar. This is how I have tasted it in Asia and I repeat it at home whenever I can.
To make it cold just add three table spoons to 1L of water at natural temperature and leave it for around two hour or more if you like it strong. Then add milk as you like it, sugar and enjoy!
