7 Tasting Notes
Since buying the 32 oz, I’ve been drinking insane amounts of tea, and I’m very happy about it. My only complaint is that a few times it’s completely drained the remaining contents of tea, but that hasn’t happened since the first week I got it. There’s some minor leaking but if you use the little saucer with it, everything stays in! One of my best purchases of the year; maybe even of all time!
I’m so glad I got this tea, at 50% off too! This tea is perfect. Its sweet, but not overpowering. It has sort of an earthy / sweet nutty taste, which I love. I was unsure about this one, but I’ll definitely be buying it again! It’s incredibly tasty, sweet, and smooth.
(If you like toasted nut brulee you’ll probably love this)
Preparation
I’ve only had it hot, but this tea is VERY bitter. I’ve heard it’s better iced, so maybe I’ll try it again. The leaves smell great and when it is steeped it’s a beautiful color.
Overall, not one of my favorites and probably won’t purchase again. Have to add way more sugar than I’d like to get the desired flavor.
Preparation
First of all, this tea smells amazing! It’s a nice fall tea, but if it’s steeped just a little too long the taste can get really intense and way too spicy. I’m looking forward to mixing it with some other teas to get some new flavors.
