Recently discovered the tea world (in mid 2014) and I’m obsessed with it. Tried everything from white,to black, oolong,to green and matcha, guayusa and yerba mate, puerh, rooibos and herbal teas. (but would like to go into more detail) Have an extensive tea collection (and teaware) from local shops and drink cups and cups of tea each day. :D
Ex: I usually drink yerba mate right after workouts cause it makes the recovery time better and gives me energy throughout the day. Recently discovered about oolong and white teas, so alternating every other day. Not a big fan of black teas because mostly they taste bitter to me, unless its sweetened with chocolate or milk. Depending on the day, I go for rooibos or herbal as well, especially afternoon or after dinner time (cause of caffeine-free).
I would like to learn the country origins of teas, what/why makes the teas kosher/fairtrade, as well as benefits, preparation.
