Overpriced, pushy sales people. I used to work at Teavana and will never shop there. Teavana advocates an extremely high pressure sales process and the tea is ridiculously overpriced.

Cozy little shop with a variety of teas and treats. I love the decor and the music. It transports me back in time. I love their rose black tea.

I love the Tea Grotto. Delicious teas, nice atmosphere and helpful staff. Their Trio Green Almond is my favorite :)

I’m one of the rare Utah tea drinkers. I’ve amassed quite a collection of various teas, many which I obtained at the evil Teavana where I used to work. I’m working through them and branching out to other brands. My favorite teas are jasmine, oolong, rooibos and white. I also collect tea cups and pots.
