Drunk over multiple steepings at Tea Drunk in NYC. Very enjoyable light sweetness at the end that stays with you.

A very nice, easy to drink floral tea. Nice to drink late in the evening.

Absolutely wonderful. I think I’m going to be come a big fan of Yunnan teas as the two I’ve had have been wonderful.

Chocolate malt might become a bit of a morning tradition.

Mild, and slight toffee. Worth trying, but I can’t say I’ll get any more necessarily.

Try a longer brew if it’s too mild for you, it’s almost impossible to oversteep Georgian teas.

ah, thanks, I’ll try that.

This was really nice — a very balanced darjeeling that’s sweet, and has a wonderful aroma. Opens up as it cools down.
Much nicer on first steep, I misjudged the timing a bit, so my second steep was a bit less flavorful.

I think I’m going to try a lower water temperature next time.

I think preferable to the only other green tea I’ve tried so far. Not grassy, light taste of mangoes on a first steeping.

Continuing to work my way through what-cha’s discover collection, and I saved this one for a cool Sunday evening at home.

Tried 30-45 second steeps @ 185.
First steeping had a wonderful floral aroma and I can see why what-cha mentions corn in the tasting notes.
Second steeping started to get a subtle melon flavor, but the corn was still dominant.
Third had a slight jasmine taste.

Overall, would drink again, will wait to get a larger sample till I’m done drinking my way through all the oolongs though.

Light, and floral. So different than the roasty darjeeling I had the other day. Would drink again. There’s something almost jasmine-like in the taste that lingers in your mouth.

Tried 3 mins this time and would recommend over 2, brings out the malt much more clearly.
