10 Tasting Notes
Had more fruit than tea flavor. The kind I (actually, my mother lol) purchased was loose-leaf variety. Tasted more cranberry than orange (orange left an aftertaste on the contrary). It was different; I am not a huge fan of Fruit Tea but I found this enjoyable enough.
Preparation
First time trying loose-leaf. Steeped for ~5mins in Gaiwan. Strong but not bitter, slightly floral taste (I think?). Bought it on Amazon and will use it for upcoming Tea Ceremony. Did not cause jitters so good for evening/night consumption as well! Pretty good Oolong tea!
Flavors: Floral
Preparation
Name is a bit misleading, only like 2% Matcha powder here, though the price obviously reflects that. Decent green tea but is a little bitter, almost grassy as other users have described. Had it late (11pm) but still calmed me down. Probably would be good with milk.
Flavors: Grass
Excellent cup of tea. Simple, but the bergemot gives off a wonderful aroma/essence. Great tea for all times of the day – usually have it in the evening. Has caffeine apparently but I did not notice any effects. For the price and convenience this is a great tea.
Flavors: Bergamot
Preparation
Easy and quick to prepare and measure because of it’s individual packets. First Matcha i’ve tried.
