A very delicate green, with floral notes and hints of hay. While the grassiness has been reduced, its still clearly present. Very easy to oversteep, leading to some biterness – be careful. On the whole, while I do like it, I’m not as enamored as some. It’s a strong Japanese green, but not miraculous.

A nice, strong breakfast tea. Easy to overbrew, so only four minutes is needed. Well blended and pleasant, a great anytime tea. Gives a serious boost with nice lingering tastes of Assam.

An alright white tea, more acidic than I expected. Quite grassy in taste, not a big fan.

A very nice darjeeling, with subtle fruitiness. Very nice when you want a relatively light black tea.

ts good, but not amazing. Reasonable flavour, but not overly complex. For a breakfast tea, its not powerful enough for me – a bit more subtle than you would expect. Overall better than the standard english breakfast from Davids Tea.

Earthy, hints of fishiness, very pungent, some smokiness. Unappealing at first, a bit musty. For me it was worth trying, but not buying.
