I added milk and far too much sugar for my liking to get the flavour out, but finally I have a chocolate tea!! wahoooo!!! It’s very smooth and silky chocolate, and really does remind me of “Belgium Chocolate”. Oh yes!
I don’t think I’ll buy more because of the astringency, unless brewing it at a lower temp works for rooibos as well? or if I can find a way to pump up the cocoa note. Either way, I’m very pleased to have tried this!
