More Citron than Oolong. Light and Lemony.

I like sticky rice and Oolong so I was intrigued. I like the sweetness the sticky rice flavor adds. Nicely balanced – the sticky rice flavor comes through well but doesn’t totally overshadow the Oolong flavor. Good one.

My favorite Oolong Supreme was not available and so I picked up the Tie Kwan Yin Oolong instead. I don’t like this one as much as the Oolong Supreme but it is good. I find it to be earthier than the Supreme. Also it tastes “roasted” (if that’s even a taste). You can tell this is a decent quality tea.

This tea smells awful. Strong rose oil smell is completely overpowering. Smells like beer (fermented, not hoppy). I brewed a cup of it anyway and the taste is not nearly as bad as the smell but I can tell you that this will be the one and only cup of this I will drink. Blah!

I want to like this tea but I just don’t. It’s really pretty to look at. The coconut smell is very strong. The grains are small and when I brew it up there is a lot of “dust” in my tea. Tastes like tree bark to me, well, with coconut.

Got this as part of a set of Holiday teas and it is easily my favorite of the bunch. I like that this is peppermint but that the other spices combined with it temper the peppermint a bit to keep it from being overwhelming. Also this tea has a nice touch of sweetness to it that makes it feel like a holiday treat.

I got this as part of a set of holiday teas. I think the quality is ok but I’m not really a chocolate mint fan in general so that’s the reason for my lower rating. Tingly peppermint flavor coats your entire mouth. Chocolate flavor is very weak. I agree with the reviewer that says that the flavor gets stronger as the water cools.

I’m surprised. I have not yet met a chocolate tea that I really like but this one is pretty good. Doesn’t taste completely watered down. I wouldn’t drink this daily but it is fun for halloween.

I got this tea with my frequent steeper points. Wow. Now that I know how good this is I will probably buy it even if I do not have any rewards to cash in.
