I love this tea. It is very herbal in the truest sense, it tastes like it should be drunk with roast lamb but don’t worry it isn’t mint sauce in the normal sense ie mint and vinegar that would be weird and I’m someone who literally drinks vinegar!
This is all the herbs you associate with lamb and combine together to be a really warming, friendly drink which reminds you walking through of herb gardens brushing the leaves. There s mint in there but it is a subtle background to the rosemary, lemon thyme and sage which are the more dominant flavours. You don’t have to like lamb or even eat meat to like this tea I just assume the name comes from those associations.
