A ‘black’ oolong with a smooth round woody character and a slight honey/fruit finish. One of my favourite oolongs!
Smooth subtle buttery flavour with fruity aromas and milky/nutty undertones. My favourite green right now.
The vanilla is subtle and chocolatey and balanced by the hint of smokiness from the Yunnan. The keemun adds a fruity sweetness while the Assam provides richness and body.
