This is by far the thing I most look forward to drinking in the summer time, but only as an iced tea. It is absolutely amazing. It is incredibly fruity and refreshing… and I think it would be great for a parent looking for a kid friendly crystal-drink subtitute. But it is also great for grown ups to enjoy.

I am affiliated with this company, but this is my honest review.

Iced, this is a wonderful, light and refreshing tea with a subtle peachiness. I don’t taste the chamomile at all (but I don’t have a problem with the taste of chamomile to begin with). All of my coworkers at the tea store (I am unaffiliated with celestial seasonings btw) that I work at love this tea.. which says a lot because we work in a premium tea company, and we prefer this to “our” peach tea, which is a flavoured black tea.

This tea is light, refreshing and easy to drink. The raspberry leaf has a subtle, almost black tea-like, taste and the raspberry flavouring adds the perfect amount of fruitiness… without being too overpowering.

It’s feminine health benefits work for me in the menstrual cramps department. I am not a doctor… perhaps it is a placebo effect. I have had pretty gnarly, debilitating cramps in the past year or so, pills no longer work for me like they did when I was younger. I start drinking one cup per day (of this tea) a few days before my period, then I amp up the amount I drink to 2-3 cups per day while I am on my period. ZERO cramps. Not even on the first day, where they are the worst!

I drink it hot, or cold by cold steeping it overnight in my Libre tea glass (in the fridge).

Try it and see if it works for you.

I was thrown into the world of tea when I got my job at one of the oldest tea companies in Canada. At first I knew next to nothing about tea… but upon much tasting and experimenting I started to learn and understand which types of teas I like and dislike.
