This tea has a wonderful aroma to it, a beautiful golden brown color, and a pleasant, earthy/smokey flavor. 10/10 boxers agree, this is a Damn Fine Tea!
Good tea, though a little on the mellow side. I may steep it for five minutes next time and see if I can draw out more of the flavor, since it doesn’t have a hint of bitterness at four minutes.
Thumbs up, but barely. The pear is too mellow for me, and the caramel doesn’t lend enough sweetness to this tea to make it a true after-dinner dessert tea. Good, but not great.
Steeped this one for about 10 minutes and then let it cool before drinking, and it came out really smooth. The smoky flavor was downplayed, and it came out with a nice, rich black tea taste.
I’ve had my eye on this one, does it have an apple-cinnamon-type flavour?
It’s not strong like a spiced apple cider. I’d say it’s more of a hint of spice w/ a stronger apple flavor.
Use apple juice instead of water for extra apple flavor. YUM!
