We’ve been watching episodes of Supernatural all afternoon, just chilling out & drinking tea. I’ve had enough caffeine, for now anyway. I not a big fan of rooibos, but this tea is delicious. Without a doubt it wins the little terri award for Best Tasting Rooibos Tea, Best Pumpkin Tea, & Best Herbal Chai. I bought a little stash of this, & will be sad when it’s gone. But that day is not today, so let us not speak of such things, but rather, let us savor this moment only, along with the last few sips in this cup.
:D

Congrats to Pumpkin Ginger Spice for winning the award haha. I’m not a big fan of rooibos either so this says a lot!

This tea sounds awesome! Especially with Supernatural!

Hmmm… I thought I had added this one, but I guess not.
This is a lovely pumpkin Chai, more or less. Very tasty, nicely spiced, & flavored with real dehydrated pumpkin, rather than flavorings. It comes from a local tea shop, & I pretty much bought the last of it, for this year. :)

I stopped by Traveling Tea yesterday to get somemore of the Pumpkin ginger spice she makes (All naturally flavored using locally grown organic pumpkins that she roasts & then dehydrates herself…it is delicious!).

In an effort to support local business, I bought an oz of this limited edition Yunnan Forest. It is organically grown, & is a decently bold & earthy brew, very smooth, tongue tingly, slightly bitter, with hints of cedar & a lingering sweetness. Oh, & it packs a punch!

pumpkin ginger spice?!??!?!?!?!

I wholeheartedly echo Sil’s response. Does this person ship?

Sil, from the first 1 oz sample I bought a couple weeks ago, I had saved some to send you, & my daughter Ari drank it! So that’s one of the reasons I went there, to see if I could get more. I got her last oz, which I’m hiding so that it won’t get drank until I can send you a sample.
She does ship. Sadly, this tea is at the end of production, as she ran out of homegrown pumpkins, I think. She is making one more batch, requested by another customer, & I told her if they didn’t take all of it, I’d take ‘the rest’, LOL, whatever that ends up being. I’m hoping she’ll call me to come get it!
I’m not sure how big a batch is, but if some people wanted to go in on a batch, I could try to get her to make one more batch for us to share…

Sil

awesome terri! let me know if you get “stuck” with leftover batch. If nothing else, something to bug her about next year when the pumpkins are back!

I got a sample of this from a local teashop. I’m trying to drink more non-caffeine teas in the evening, & so here we are.

This resembles the herbal teas from my hippy days, & initially I was a little put off by the aroma of spearmint. But actually, it’s pretty good as an after dinner tisane. One good thing I can say about the Traveling Tea Company is that their teas are Organic & Fair Trade. And they are less than 5 minutes from my house.

Hubby and I drank this one with Sandy and he was traumatized. He said it was like being forced to eat a bouquet of flowers. I liked it, and had hoped to dry the leaves and put them in a potpourri warmer in my bedroom, but had to nix that idea since he was emotionally scarred.

I read Evening in Missouri…but why ???? I’m sure Montana is lovely !
