I thought I had reviewed or tried this one before but I must not have logged it here. After opening the packet and seeing the teabag, I realized that I haven’t tried this one after all.
This chamomile smells and tastes strong. There’s not much else to say. It’s basically extra strength chamomile. I’m not sure I like it so much as others I’ve tried.
Preparation
oh my, manzanilla! i can have it anytime anywhere!
Its one of the most relaxing teas and you just gotta love it! Whenever feeling down or a little sick a teacup of manzanilla with a little of honey is everything i need to make my day. It has such a delicate flavor and it smells delicious, no doubt!
When my husband brought this home for me a few months ago, I was completely skeptical. Sometimes I wonder if he’ll ever understand that I like tea, but not every bagged tea is worth bringing home. Luckily, he did a pretty good job getting this one. It is surprisingly light, not bitter, and tasty. The addition of stevia, which I’m usually not a fan of, really helps this tea to be just right without anything else. I didn’t think I would drink it often, but I realized tonight that I’m down to only one more bag. I may just have to restock this – I love easy options after a long day dealing with 6 year-olds.
mrawlins2 gave me three bags to try. OMG, they are so full of orange goodness you would swear you were eating a mandarin orange!
Tart in a good way & spicey. Makes me think about fall spices…nutmeg comes to mind. None of the bitterness you sometimes get with green teas.
This one is a keeper:)
Preparation
This is one of my favorite teas, but it is a very weak tea. I prefer to use two bags instead of the one recommended to get a little more flavor out of it. Even so, it’s a bit lighter and less harsh than a lot of cinnamon teas, in my experience.
