Adagio Custom Blends, Kallie The Great

Another pot of tea I decided to have while studying. I think I had the water temperature a little too high but it’s still enjoyable. It has a nice dark chocolate taste but it’s still creamy.

I can find nothing to complain about here. I like cherry and almond and vanilla together. It isn’t blowing me away though. I think I would reeeeeely like this one cold steeped as iced tea, and maybe with a little sugar added. I dig fruity greens that way! I shall try that with the rest of my sample :)

This was pretty good. It was a strong cup with hints of choclate and cream. The name was a very good description. I drank all 3 cups that were in the sample in one day it was so tasty.

Hello Steepster! It’s been a while…
This is one of my new favorites! It smells absolutely wonderful. Nutty, juicy, and fruity. The flavor is nice. It’s a lot more mellower than expected. The berry and almond flavors are there and blend nicely :3

I was not a fan. I didn’t get orange or cream out of this tea. The base seem to be the standard adagio black base, with a hint of flavor, but wasn’t able to pick out on the actual teaste. I am glad I got to try this, but it was not for me.

This is a nice blend but it’s sooo much better iced. The blueberry and citron flavors pop a bit more over the puerh.

I put off trying this for awhile as I have noticed that the Adagio black tea base isn’t my favorite. For this reason, I made sure I steeped for a short amount of time. This has a orange creamsicle scent and taste but it’s very light. I enjoyed this more than I thought I would but I don’t think it warrants a purchase.

I managed to get two steeps worth of the leaves so I have another couple of teaspoons for another cup. I used 2 in my 16oz steeping mug and added sweetener.

I can honestly see the name here. It’s kind of weird, but I’m definitely picturing jellyfish floating slowly on a current as I drink this. It’s a really mellow cup, with strong (but not overwhelming) vanilla and blueberry flavors. The pomegrantate is there, but it’s more of an accent to the blueberry than it’s own entity.

Made a pot of this tonight and enjoyed it quite a bit. Smooth vanilla mingles with sweet and tart berries. Tried it iced and didn’t like it as much as I did hot.

i wish i hadn’t burned my tongue first thing this morning!

I don’t tend to love chocolate or strawberry flavors in my tea so this tea didn’t stand much of a chance, but I really liked the other foofy the cat tea so I had to give it a try.

Backlogging! I had this earlier today and needed it. Since I’ve been back at work my energy is drained. I brewed this at a super low temp and the flavors came out so much more. Lovely pumpkin and spice notes. A light earthy\roasted flavor from the mate.

Mixed this with a scoop of yerba mate and it is delicious! The pumpkin spice is the dominate flavor and the vanilla just kind of adds a touch of sweetness. The mate and the roasted mate add toasty and earthy notes. Mmmm :]

The aroma of the dry leaf is sooo nice. The flavor is just the classic orange cream. It’s smooth and the flavors are balanced and blend well. No bitterness here. I enjoyed this but I think I wanna make it iced.

This does remind me of fruit punch. The flavours are mostly berry and orange. It’s delightfully fruity.

The aroma of this rooibos is so sweet and tart! The flavor kind of reminds me of a fruit punch with a woodsy note from the rooibos. I reeaalllyy like this blend.

Aaannndddd it’s gone. Which is ok. I enjoyed it while I had it but I really need to drink some teas before I worry about getting more! Very nice flavor. Very relaxing and mellow.

Took this with cream and sugar! Such a delicious treat. The flavor reminds me of vanilla ice cream with blueberry toppings.

This tea smells SOOO strongly of blueberries. Absolutely delicious :] Brewed it smells like blueberry pie and ice cream. The flavor is not as in your face as the aroma… It’s very mellow. The blueberry and vanilla come through very nicely. I can’t really taste the pomegranate but that’s ok. I REALLY like this tea.

Took this with cream and sugar. Very nice sweet/spice flavor. The caramel and apple come out much more with the sugar.
