I’m sick, so this doesn’t really count as a review, because I couldn’t really taste it.
But I liked it.
Different than other whites. Had a surprising depth to it. I think it might have been a little malty or something. There was definitely a something to it.
And then I accidentally let the second infusion steep way way way too long. It was still okay, not bitter.

That’s what I said, Lee! I’d offer to share, but I don’t have very much, so I couldn’t taste it as well as I wanted to, so I definitely want more of this. Different and unique!
