Added this one to my collection today for the purpose of drinking iced.

3 teaspoons, steep ~3 mins, then into a full cup of ice.

My tea drinking had fallen off as the weather has gotten hotter and more humid. But this little number will bring me back.

Ran with the Gunpowder today and added a little Citron Sonata…that is what I do with pretty much everything now….add the Sonata.

Went back to an old standby this morning, but added just a touch of sugar. You want to be careful of how much you add. Too much and you ruin it. I would estimate I had about 1/2tsp in there.

I have been neglecting my tea log lately, mostly due to a crazy schedule. Don’t worry, the schedule isn’t too crazy for tea, just too crazy to write about tea.

This afternoon I had 2tsp of this one with 1tsp of Citron Sonata. The Citron takes the that little vegetable edge that some green tea’s can have and softens it up a bit.

Can’t get enough the green teas in the afternoon. Noticed however that the gunpowder supply is getting low….

Hands down, my favorite tea. There are amazing chocolate and carmel undertones. Can’t think of anything I would rather drink in the morning.

This is actually my second time with this one, though I forgot to log the first. Simple and smokey. A light green liquid that for me is perfect in the morning.

Made this one up tonight as I was doing some work. I let the teapot start to make boilings sounds, then added a couple of large ice cubes to the Teavana Perfect Tea maker before pouring in the water. This combined with the shorter steep time made this one much better than my first attempt. Very refreshing and a great evening tea
