If you’re looking for a place to sit down and enjoy a good afternoon tea this is the place. They’re gorgeous inside and they have a ton of hats and other things if you want to dress up to match the fanciful decor. They have delicious food and you can get anything from a full tea spread to just a scone with your pot of tea. They also have some really cute gifts.
They do private events and host groups as well, so make sure you check and make sure they’re not closed for a private event that day.
A great store for tea, they have some absolutely delicious blends including a few that I’ve kept stocked in my cabinets for years now (I suggest you try Underground for sure, and Herban Legend too) You can also grab any of their teas hot or iced while you walk around the rest of historic smithville.
They’re store has some really cute teacups and other accessories an some interestingly international snacks as well.
This place does absolutely delicious tea parties and it’s nice because they offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. They have absolutely delicious teas on offer including a homeblended chai that is spectacular and some of the best soups I’ve ever had. Great for a quick stop or a sit down tea. Definitely more modern then classic though, so less formal then if you’re looking for a classic tea room.
