Oolong is perhaps my absolute favorite type of tea, and this one is particularly exceptional. No unnatural flavoring, so smooth and creamy, and presents the richest amber hue, even after repeated steeping. Such a clean almost fruity essence too… I could probably drink nothing but this for months.

My highest rated tea to date.

This is one of my first “true” (unflavored) sencha tastings, and it’s quite interesting. Very grassy/vegetal, but has a sweet almost creamy after taste. I can see it growing on me, as it’s so fresh and clean tasting. Feels healthy!

Shizam. I couldn’t possibly like this tea any more than I do. I’m a huge lover of all things spicy and it hits the hot spot perfectly. Very subtle, but definitely present. I added a little milk as someone suggested. This is a perfect winter tea for me.

Quite different for a green, very citrus centered with easily detectable orange dominating. It’s supposed to taste like fruit cake, which I don’t prefer at all, but this works. I won’t give away my 26g sampler, but I probably won’t get it again.

It’s not as nutty as I hoped it would be, but that’s actually alright – it maintains a great balance between nut and coconut, with a bit of a grassy bite. I steeped it for a little too long I think and so it’s quite astringenty, but still easy enough to drink. I’ll have to review it again when I don’t forget to leave it steeping.

The smell of it raw is incredible. The walnut is definitely there, as is an almond and coconut syrup smell, all toasted together for a slightly sweet nutty scent.

Tastes pretty much exactly as it’s named. Wonderful! It has possibly more of a butterscotch taste than a rum taste, but it’s smooth and creamy and sweet without being sickly or over the top. Definitely a session tea, I could drink it all day. Totally forgot I even had it.

This green tea is pretty great, especially if you’re into strong orange flavors. It’s a lot like a more hardcore version of Earl Grey, where bergamot reigns supreme and you can actually taste distinct orange oil with a slight hint of some flowers. Sweeter than EG too. It’s the most black tasting green tea I’ve ever had. Pretty slammin’.
