The tea leaves are beautiful, the resulting tea is mild, and the fragrance is amazing.
The tea leaves are whole enough that it doesn’t impart bitterness to the tea even if left to steep for longer than the recommended time.

It’s warm and cozy and naturally sweet.
It’s not very strong, so it would probably do better as an afternoon tea.
It’s too bad Trader Joe’s only carries it during the holiday season

Pretty sour in a not-so-lemony way.
The tea turns a red-orange the instant the hot water hits the tea bag, which is pretty but throws me off a bit.
I liked it better with a bit of honey

Lovely floral note with a distinct note of vanilla.
Even better with a drizzle of honey.
The tea itself could be stronger though.

This tea is fruity and floral and just lovely overall.
I like to dissolve the rock sugar (the type of sugar makes a difference!) in a little bit of water before adding the tea leaves and the rest of the water.
I would drink it any time of the year, but it’s more of a spring/summer tea

Light and floral with a slight cabernet finish. Smells amazing. Tastes better iced.
