I have recently been drinking peppermint tea for sometime during my semester of university. I can honestly say that this tea really help a lot when it comes down to calming down when studying for a mid-term or final exam. I know the feeling where the stress really does kick in and it really hurts the head a lot. By drinking this tea, it help me relax and as well help me concentrated when I am studying. It is great in double cream and sugar but I prefer tea to be just black.
